Is there a free trial?
The free plan is the trial. It has the whole projection, every year, for as long as you like, with no card. Upgrade when you want the extras.
How do I pay?
Plus is $149 a year, GST included, paid by card through Stripe. It renews each year until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account page. Plus stays until the end of the year you paid for, then your plan carries on as a free plan.
What happens to my plan if I stop paying?
It stays, and stays yours to edit. The Plus features lock until you come back.
Is it cheaper if I bring friends?
Each friend who signs up from your link and pays for Plus takes $10 off your next renewal, for up to four friends ($40 in all).
Is there a limit on Ask Runway?
On Free, three questions a month, to try it. On Plus, unlimited questions within a fair-use allowance each month, plenty for building and updating your own plan. If you reach either, Ask Runway is back next month, and you can make any change by hand until then. It relies on AI providers, so we can’t promise it is always available or that it will always be offered.
Is the free plan less accurate?
The projection is worked out the same way on both: tax, super, HELP and the Age Pension. One thing differs: on Free, a purchase’s stamp duty, fees and mortgage insurance are estimates, and Plus works them out from the published rates, so a purchase’s costs, and the year it is affordable, can differ a little. Beyond that, Plus adds depth: more of everything in your plan, every chart view, what-if mode, smart plans, the tax and cash flow workings and tracking.
